Running Games

Help, I dont know how to run games the emulator says it a music cd and the cdi is selfboot. Can sombody tell me how to run games please?

From the configuration of the emulator change the CD-ROM plugin to ASPI. If you get an error about TOC or the emulator crashes after that then read this: http://www.emutalk.net/showthread.php?t=20636

I tried that and chankast still says it a music cd,then i went to play and it said insert game disk.

Then the game is not bootable. There is a pinned thread named "chankast tools". It has some tools that will help you make your games bootable

Im trying to play Shenmue 2, originaly it wouldnt let me pass the date thing when i tried to click play in the dc menu and now im getting the same problem as this guy( says no disc) and thinks its a music cd

Edit: i put the same bios bak in and now i got my original problem with the date. lol

Edit: Sorted it out now, but after i save in-game i seem to lose certain sounds(Voices from people i speak to in the game)
