rumble problem!

I'm currently using a TigerGame NGC to USB Box 1 to play pj64. Everything works great, awesome... Anyway, to the point. Whenever I put Rumble on, (when I'm in Fullscreen) the program bar, (the thing that holds the minimize, maximaze and close buttons on the right side), keeps flashing. Terribly irritating. Any help? I know more than one person in this forum uses the same controller as I do...

used to happen to me. turn off visual rumble and it wont appear... "visual" appears on screen
