I've a question about RPG Maker 2003's face sets? I plan on changing a blue dragon face to a red dragon face. One problem, it contains 2,304 pixels. Yeah, sounds tedious. Aren't there easier ways to change the blue hues, tints, and half tones to red? I'd use Photoshop, but that requires money? If anyone knows of any good picture editing tools, (Microsoft Paint sucks for this type of job) please let me know.
