Rocket robot on wheels big problem/glitch

I am having a problem getting one of the tickets in "clown land"
The problem is in the image attached

It'd be nice if you described the problem instead of giving tantilizing clues to find out ourselves. I'm assuming youre talking about the red block...what are your system specs?

There is nothing wrong with my system because I have all the other tickets on the other levels. The problem with this ticket is that as shown in the picture you need to make the roller coaster go though all five targets. I have read though FAQs on this certain level on the game and I do what they say and this is the result. I cannot get from target 4 to target 5. Can anybody who has completed this level help please. And as for system specs they are:

Microsoft Windows XP
Home Edition
Version 2002
Service Pack 2
Compaq Presario
Pentium 4 CPU 2.66GHz
2.67GHz 512 MB of Ram

This isn't an emulation bug, you're just doing it wrong. Come at 3 from the other side, loop back over the track to reach 4.

You are allowed to cross the track. It'll be low at 2, keep it high from 3 to 4.
