Rice 3.1 requires msvcr70.dll????

I can't run Rice 3.1. An error appears "This application has failed to start because MSVCP71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem". when I choose [Change Plugin...]. Does Rice 3.1 really need that dll file or it just my PC's fault??? If it does, can anyone post up that file dll pls or Rice should ship his plugin with that dll for better. Thanks in advance.

Get the .dll file from 1964 and put it in the PJ64 folder (as I am assuming that this issue is with you trying to use it in PJ64). And yes this is a dependency file and thus is needed.

Erm, and why on earth are you asking for this file? It was included in the RCs that you should have downloaded. Hint: Check the 1964 folder

Try to copy these files to system32 windows folder.....
after this you don't need to have them in each emu folder......
