Requesting a 1964 plugin folder with Rice 6.1.1 Beta

I joined this forum for one reason - to get this folder. I'm begging you all to help me, i'm practically on my hands and knees. I've tried every rar file i can find, every zip, and i still cannot get the video plugin. So please, i'm begging you to attach your own 1964 plugin folder for me to use. I Rice 6.1.1 because i'm interesting in playing through Ocarina of Time Dijipi's Cel-Shaded textures. I beg of you all, i need this folder. Thank you,

well I have the Rice's Plugin 1.6 Beta 10 for the retextured files:

just put the files in the plugin and regular emulator folders. and extract everything (Azimer Audio v0.56 WIP2 is a good audio plugin (the original didn't work with my computer.....))
