Release 1.03 hopes?

What is the biggest changes that 1.03 will bring to the emulator? Do you guys think that the frame rate will increase on the 3D games or is that to much to hope for at the moment?

This is an amazing thing, to see a working Emu of a gamecube is unreal, I understand that time will be needed to get this working at 100% speed, and for now I'll just have to play on my gamecube.

If they wake up? But what are they doing? It has been almost 1 year since last release.. I mean IS 1.03 IN WORKING?

The beta tester's can sleep all they want, god knows they don't do anything anyways ;)

Then... do you really think it's gonna be soooo good as you are saying?
I think that "the sleepers" as you called them, are putting a good effort in making this wonderful tool, but still it's just a new version. Games would probably have the same "veryveryverylow fps" and maybe there'll be a good enhanchment on sound.
Ok, i'm not saying i'm not hoping for something really cool, but just don't be too optimistic and don't add other threads about 1.03 (i arlready found 2)

ZOMG, teh hopes and dreams. We can speculate on our wishes and maybe Santa Falcon and his little elves will grant them if we wish hard enough, right? NOT! This thread is pointless, as it contributes NOTHING (unless you count the n00bs wishing upon a star). I'm amazed at how long it's lasted so far. In that case, I'll beg Santa Falcon and crew for some Christmas wishes too, ok???
Hmmm, I want 1.03 ful spedz with all gamez suportd and no crashing, ok? And I want it to give me se0xr and make me brekfest, so I don't need a gf for that.:blush: And can you mak teh emulater play Praystation 2 games toooo??!?!!? Oh, and I want hi definishin output 1080p (even if teh gamez don't hav taht kind of rez, I know you can do it!!!) OK, I will wait till Chrissmas and see what happenz. I love you Santa.:)

And yes you would beable the run the games at just about any resolution on the pc the games don't have to 'have the resolution' . Its true textures and images won't magically look better, but 3d rendering will look much better with anisotrophic filtering and anti-ailiasing +higher resolutions like 1280x1024 progressive compared to gamecubes native 480 interlaced. And you would technically beable to render 3d in 16:9 (widescreen) 720p and 1080p even if the game is natively only able to do 480i /p 4:3 (Fullscreen).

If only they could give us an approximative date of the next release of dolphin so that the suspense finally stops!!!!!
