Various bugs
Monopoly
In Monopoly (U) [!] there is black squares under the players and the game only takes up the top half of the screen
Midways Greatest Hits
In Midway's Greatest Arcade Hits Volume 1 (U) [!] in defender on the right hand side of the screen there is a vertical thick flashing line
in Rootbeer Tapper and Spyhunter and Sinistar the graphics are all messed up and there is a buzzing sound during the game
CyberTiger
In CyberTiger (U) [!] Tiger's shadow is wrong (it is 4 dots)
Chef's Luv Shack
In South Park - Chef's Luv Shack (E) [!] the graphics are messed up but the (U) [!] version is alright

Beetle Adventure Racing! (U) (M3) [!] and (E) (M3) [!] during some of the intro (just let it run through) and choosing options there is black lines all over the screen and out of the 2 tracks you can first choose from, Mount Mayhem there is black lines all over the screen and on the track select screens the maps of the tracks have graphic glitches.
Big Mountain 2000 (U) [!} text messed up in game.

Beetle Adventure Racing, funnily enough enabling FSAA seems to fix that for me, maybe not on ATI card though. not sure of cause yet.
Big Mountain 2000 menu text issue already mentioned.

Command and Conquer (E) (M2) [!] and (U) [!] During mission briefings there is graphic glitches
sidebar has lines going through it
graphic glitches on other screens aswell
In options go to game controls and the battlefield resolution is stuck on medium as it cannot find an expansion pak which is required for hi-res
Bust-A-Move 3 DX (E) [!] and Bust-A-Move'99 (U) [!] graphic glitches when you first load up the game then let the intro run through and then there is more graphic glitches aswell
Hybrid Heaven (U) [!] and (J) [!] During the intro the speech is out of sync (the guy on the tv and when the 2 guys meet at the apartment)
Ready 2 Rumble Boxing (E) (M3) [!] on the title screen the bottom of the boxers legs keep disappearing and during the introduction of the boxers the bottom of the screen the textures keep disappearing and during the game the bottom of the screen the ring disappears
Asteroids Hyper 64 (U) [!] if you put in this cheat
At the Main Menu hold the L button, then press left C, right C, top C, bottom C, A, top C, bottom C, left C, right C, start.

Disney'sTarzan (U) [!] and (E) [!] during the game the butterfly is invisible except for the tip of the wings ( the butterfly if you touch it is when you die you start back at the last butterfly you touched)
Tigger's Honey Hunt (E) (M3) [!] text is hard to read, looks like parts of letters are missing doesn't happen in the (U) [!] version
Operation Winback (E) (M5) [!], Winback - Covert Operations (U) [!] and Winback (J) [!] during gameplay a grey box floats around the screen
Namco Museum 64 (U) [!] in the game Dig Dug there is a blue flashing line down the bottom of the screen and the top of the game can be seen in the blue flashing line
Pole Postion has the same flashing blue line and the track is covered with lots of black lines
Pacman same problem as Dig Dug
Ms Pacman same as above
Galaga same as above and game freezes up when you press start
Galaxian has a glitchy line down the bottom of the screen

Found an undocumented issue with Ogre Battle 64 on the title screen.

No silhouettes rendered on the hill

in Story ,VS.Computer and Flash the backgrounds are messed up
in Marathon some of the numbers are incomplete
