RDB problem...

okay before i updated my RDB ocarina of time ran great now the starting menu where it show the files sounds like the game audio can't keep up with the game but i already have sync to audio enabled... and all of this happened just after i updated the RDB

you probably have a slower system (do you? where's your specs?!)
try turning Advanced Block Linking on (ROM settings).
ideally, upgrade your system to run Project64 better.
