Rare skys?

Are there any gfx plugins that emulate Rare games sky with out any big hacks?

Glide64 is the only plugin that can do so with accuracy, and as far as I know, does so in various Rare developed games such as Perfect Dark and Goldeneye 007.

Rice's video can display the sky texture in Goldeneye 007, albeit incorrectly.

No other prominent HLE plugins can actually display the texture(s) at all.
