radeon 9600xt and problems

I have a radeon 9600xt and I cant get the emulator to work, all games are only black, but it sais they are loaded. I am currently using glN64 plugin. Can someone tell me which to use.

well try rice's daedalus and jabo's plugins and see if you get the same problem,also state which version of pj64 you are using.

You aren't using the hardware framebuffer are you? It doesn't work with the latest catalyst drivers so you'll either have to disable it or fall back on an older version like 3.7. If it isn't that then I have no idea since you didn't provide enough information about your system. Does it blank out on other opengl games and do you have all your system drivers up to date?

Edit: Jabos direct3D6 1.5 plugin and rices video 5.4.3b have better combatiblity with games then gln64 but the games it does run with look alot nicer then those two.

Added more system specs.
I tried Rice Video Plugin 5.4.3b but it wont even show on the list, I get errors trying to use it(just have it in the correct folder). I do not have the catalyst drivers. WHen I try Jabos direct2D6 1.5 I get errors too:

Direct3D failed to initialize your HAL device make sure you have a properly configured 3D graphics card compatible with Direct3D 6.0

Ah I'm really sorry I was using the 4.1 drivers.. I heard people were having problems with the 4.2 ones. I think the fix was changing the desktop display to 16bit but uhh anyway I think I'll just wait for the next version before I upgrade.
