Not meaning to overstep the mark, but I'd say this is off topic guys 
. I'd say as a bare minimum you'd want to follow the Dolphin min sys. reqs, while it's in development anyways.. once code optimizations have been worked on, I still don't think low-end video-carders will have much luck. For the meantime, play your Gamecube and save for a new video card, to cater for the next wave of graphically intense games, including emulation like Dolphin. Phew!
