First of all, I'll say that this is a question pertaining to WWF No Mercy specifically, although it's a technical issue, so hopefully, even if you haven't played it or have no interest in it, you might still be able to help me out here.
Anyway, I have two different ROMs for WWF No Mercy. One I got a long time ago (Project 64 1.4 era, I believe), and the other I got just recently. The problem is that when THQ shipped the game originally, it had a glitch that would periodically erase all saved information from the cart. Thankfully, my physical copy wasn't one of these, so I didn't know about or have to deal with the problem until I started playing on Project 64. But when I switched, I eventually found that my copy of the ROM was a glitched one.
In responce to that, I tracked down a different ROM and, presumably, it isn't glitched. I don't really know because it runs at 50 FPS, where as the glitched one runs at a much nicer 60 FPS (making the presumably okay ROM about 12% slower). Is there any way I can manually change the default framerate on the new ROM so it's 60 FPS (or even higher)?
Thanks in advance to anyone that could help or would like to, and I apologise if this has been asked before.
