Question about non-USA carts

Does anyone have a full (or even a small) list of non-USA carts that would be playable without translations?

I don't read anything but English myself. So any direction on this would be great.

Most (E) carts include an English translation.
(G) German is very close to English so you can probably understand some of it.
Good luck with (J) Japanese.

Thanks for the info, but it really doesn't answer my original question, and maybe I should word it different.

What non USA games are playable without knowing the language?

I see everyone talking about Neon Genesis (sp). I have yet to see it running, but I understand it's a (J) game? Sounds from all the talk here though to be quite impressive. I'm still searching for it, but figured there may be others I can find while looking.

The new Bomberman 64 - Arcade Edition (J) is playable

And I like Disney's Dance Dance Revolution (J)

They are the only 2 that I play that didn't get USA conversions!
