psx iso slow down

I'm using undisker 1.2 it appear to work well and is easy to use.

The software records errors on sectors and when it does the speed of ripping slows down. Is there any way to prevent this?? Am I doing it right? I am making ISO for the purpose of playing legally owned games on my HD. I am not using nero because that takes too long to download. Also is there software to verify ISO's

You can use daemon-tools to mount the ISO as if its in an actual cd/dvd drive, and I don't think it has any problems with corruption. You can also use cdmage to scan ISOs for corruption.

scratched cd's can have corrupted data but i use isomaker which makes perfect copies of my legally owned psx games,if cd is scratched try wiping it off a bit that helped me with my gt2 disc that started getting corrupted but now works fine again.
