1. You host it by running a kaillera server on your computer.

Extract that, open the .conf file in notepad and modify to your own settings.
2. Depends which one you're looking for. Actual IP or Local Address (within a router)
If you're LAN'ing, then you need your Local Address which can be found by click Start >> All Programs >> Accessories >> Command Prompt
Then type "ipconfig" (minus the "s of course) and voila!
To get your actual IP, click this link: http://www.csbanana.com/?section=viewlist.books.pages.main.194
Don't worry, it's just a Counter-Strike page that has a nifty utility installed that lists your IP address so you know it.
