Problems with Mario Kart.......

Hey all....
I just wanted to start by saying that Nemu64 is awesome! I've been playing Zelda and Banjo Kazooie (two of my all time favorites). Sooo cool that there are people out there that are spending their time working on these projects. Makes me wish I had learned programming.....

anyway, I had downloaded Mario Kart, and for some reason, it's not working. It will load fine, go through the intro, but when I go to actually start racing, it gets dumped (the screen goes black, and that's it).

I'm using a pentium 4 2.3 GHz, Mobility Radeon 7500. I'm using a Compaq Evo N1000V Laptop. Anyone have any suggestions?

Try changing your video plugin. Which one are you using now?

Problems still.....

actually, I tried another emulator, and it worked, but the 3d was so distorted, that I couldn't play it. what settings should I be changing in my vid setup?

What OS are you running? Double check to make sure your system and video drivers are up to date. Also try closing any unneeded processes running in the background.
