Problems with gamepad

i have a game pad Microsoft Sidewinder Game Pad USB, but when i am configurating my gamepad, the Nemu's Default Input Plugin not save the configuration of my pad, but the configuration of the keyboard yes.

Two questions

1- How i can fix it?

2- Exists other form of add a new input plugin

This is the problem, Nemu64 not support others input plugins,
