Does anyone have this problem? I tried downloading it from both ngemu and pj64.net, but whenever I double-click on the file, it gives me an illegal operation and says the program will now close. I'm no newbie to computing and this is the first time I've had a problem like this with PJ64. Any help would be appreciated. If it helps, the file is 973 KBs large.

The problem is not with PJ64 but with your computer. What you are trying to open is the compressed archive. I wouldn't know where to begin fixing the problem, but you could try installing WinRAR. Since they used RAR compression you could then right-click the archive to extract the files. Maybe that will work.
