Problem with SSBM!

Hi I am new here and I have a problem with Super Smash Bros. Melee Pal version.
Everytime i choose my character and press "START" it hangs(I have to close the Programm).I´ve also noticed that everytime when I enble dynarec and Tick Modifier 4 it hangs(I have to close the Programm).
How can I enter a Battle without the hanging thing???
I have seen screens that it is able to go into battle!
Please help me and thank you for your answers!

BTW:I am using Dolphin 1.0.3.2

first try the dolphin beta.... then do you language trick , what means just change you language in ssbm and you can go ingame!

Umm Where do I change the language?
EDIT:Ah ok i figured it out now it works thank you!:drool:
But why it crashes with Tick 4 Modifier?

First you have to run SSBM then go to OPTIONS>LANGUAGE>Choose another language>press start>play>Have fun
