problem with Iso file :S:S

Hi all

Im like a big naruto fan,,,
and i heard that the new version of Naruto Gekitou Ninja Taisen part 4 was out

so i download the game

then i download dolphin that looked good as a emulator

but when i insert the iso i saw nothing but a red a white bar

this is a screenie:

does anyone knows what to do?

yea but still when i press search on the key word naruto i cant find something

maybe im noobie but eh
