Problem with bio

I followed every stepped, and everything was working, but i think i missed something.

Every time i try tp start it, it says

Can't read dc_bios.bin

i managed to fix it, now it say run game disc

Well uh, yeah, you need a disc to play a game. Either a rip on a CD-R or a mounted CD image.

Well, now it reads the disc, but the title shows up black and it restarts the emulaor
