Possible solution to I/O Error

First of all hi guys ,
it's my first thread here and I hope that the method I discovered will help people who didn't want to switch back to Daemon Tools 3.29 to solve Chankast I/O Error
So, I downloaded CDI2Nero 0.9.9 in order to convert unreadable CDI images to NRG, but Daemon Tools was still unable to mount the generated NRG correctly; considerating that I wanted desperately to play my copy of Resident Evil Code Veronica , I tried to open the new NRG with Ultra Iso (7.21 ME) and... surprise! Ultra Iso was able to open and manage these new files correctly. So I converted the NRG Image as CloneCD CCD/IMG/SUB format and...voilà! I mounted and played the CCD image without problems.
I dunno if saving the NRG as BIN/CUE format will produce playable images.
If the game is recognized by chankast as an Audio CD, you should be able to use it with Utopia Boot CD.

ummm,you could have just mounted the nrg image with nero imagedrive within nero6,that's what i do when i can't mout a cdi with a bad header and cdifix can't do nothing,but i think i'll add this to my reportwah. :happy:
