Has anyone gotten this game to work correctly 100%?
I got the game to play, but it seems to crash at specific points. One is when you beat Mewtwo in superhard. Another is when you finish the battle against Butch and Cassidy in the Line Challenge.

I'm running 1964 using the Glide64 0.7v graphics plugin.
I get an "800A2564: Exception in emulation thread" error. I've tried this with various graphics plugins, same error occurs.

I've also tried to run this in Project64, but that won't even run the game.

That problem looks like a emulator problem, you should try Project64 again, if you use Glide64 to play Pokémon Puzzle League it runs fine.

HI I have got pokemon puzzle working with this emulator 1964 0.9.9 I have downloaded pokemon
puzzle league from the romhustler (search google)
and unzipped it with 7 zip. What else do you want to know?

Glide64 v0.7 had a bug which caused these crashes. It was fixed in later service packs.

what seems to be the best emulator/graphics/sound plugins setup for this game. everything i try is a little buggy and/or won't work. i know this is an old topic to bring up, but it's frustrating me lol

hehe i guess nobody ever plays this. on my girl's pc we managed to get to stage 13 i think on expert, before it froze....
