1) On http://www.ckemu.com/dolphin_list/dolphin.html I see Pokemon Colosseum Ingame Goes ingame, with graphical errors, may crash randomly but is it up-to-date page?

Yes (not sure if they tested the 1.03.2 version)

every 3D GC game runs at about 5-12 fps or lower.
