Plugin Problems

ive been trying to get Rice's Video 6.1.1.6 Beta Plugin into my P64 v1.6 but it says it need bmglib.dll. i place the file and it says it STILL needs it and i cant load Rice's plugin so i put the bmglib.dll, the main lugin and the RiceDbug file that came with it and it didnt work yet. So then i put them into thier own folder and IT STILL DIDNT WORK im in desprate need. can anyone help?

put the bmglib.dll in the project 64 base folder and leave the rice dll inside the plugin folder

Did you put the ini file with the rice dll in the plugin folder? If not, do so.

yeah thats the verison i have downloaded. and to the guy that helped me (sry i forgot ur name) no ini file came with it.
