Please Help. [Paper Mario]

3 things are needed for help.

First, when I load Paper Mario, graphics okay and all, but when people walk theres some squares shadow (and sometimes are the characters). Also in the Menu there are when you select different Files.

Also when I select "h" it goes to "g"...but i don't really care about that...

Lastly, the part where bowser come crashes when he lifted the castle, the PC freezes, so I had to restart.

Please help, it also happens to my friends PC and mine.

Friends PC:
W98
P2 400mhz
128 RAM
8MB ATI-AIW

Other:
W98
P3 850mhz
256DDR RAM
64MB Ge4 420

I believe its nothing wrong with the speed of mine, I hope you can fix the crash.

Also, can you tell me your specs of your computer that runs Paper Mario perfectly (no crashes, shadows, etc)? THANKS!

This game works great on PJ64 - if you've got a good ROM and a decent system (seems to be what's lacking here). It flickers a bit in the towns. I've played it start to finish too many times to admit.

Mr GB_Frost: please check your ROM. It is probably bad. How should you do that? Well, if you read the FAQ/Help and the thread called:

"FORUM RULES - READ THIS BEFORE POSTING"

you will find out.

Also, that old computer is too old. The newer computer ain't great either, but it might be ok - you should look into the eVoodoo trick for slow systems (search the forum for more info).

It's a good rom....Ive checked it...sorry if i didnt say....my PC isn't that low for specs.....a P3 should be fine...as I recall people playing full speeds on it and also is slightly higher than the recommended requirements...

Well can you please tell me the minimum requirements for playing Paper Mario? Me is going to get a new PC soon.
