Indeed, since you're using 1964, you should had posted this on 1964 section.
Well, you didn't say what video plugin you were using, nor your computer specs... but I'll guess that you just need to use the latest Rice Video plugin. If that doesn't work, you could still try Rice's Daedalus that comes with 1964.

Go into plugin settings, should be something like 'Force SW T&L' if so, check that option. Should fix it.
