please give me a real answer about paper mario i need help

ok, on the last post i didnt get the correct responce so, here i am posting once agin hoping to get the CORRECT answer
now, how do i fix this problem with paper mario flickering on project 64 it does this only when im in toad town or some other places please help me out so it will not do this anymore.
