PJ 1.6 wont read my controller

I use to play the early versions on Pj64 and needed to get back into it.
I have a Saitek P880 controller. It works on everything, but it wont work on new pj1.6.
I go to options, choose under gamepad connected "880 '
and it doesn't read it.

Please help

Using Nrage's Plugin follow these steps:

1. View attachment 27493

Select your gamepad and be sure the plugged box is checked.

2. View attachment 27494

Configure the buttons the way you like them, when you are done click on the save tab in the upper right corner

3. Enjoy playing with PJ64

If you are using a keyboard instead of a gamepad skip step 1 and just configure the buttons with the keyboard but you have to be sure that the pluged box is checked.

Yeah I was stupid..

I forgot to input the controller keys.

It works.
