I have paid for much software, and consider that to be the right thing to do. Same as for MP3s, I may download a lot of them, but I own a vast CD collection, that actually outnumbers my MP3s, and then some.

People who boast of never buying anything - piss me off mightily. Perhaps if we all followed your paths then games would become obselete, as although I don't doubt the sincerity of the open source movement, it is unlikely that they would be into coding (complete) games on a regular basis.

LOL I don't even have one CD Legal. And the legal ones I do have someone stole for me and all my progies are illegal I have been waiting for this thread quiet a while. I am a member of deviance btw

I l0ve illegal. What goes above getting apps and progs for free. I would buy games and progs if the cost like 10 bucks or so
But here where I live the ask 60 USD for a game and about 60 for a prog. I think this is just waaaay to much for just 1 prog you mostly don't use all the time
