I think this guy sucks even worse at phishing. The "respond to this notification" is an image, not a button. Then when you click on it, it takes you here Look at the IP, and notice that its different from eBays IP.

The reason I took a screenshot, is because, notice how it was originally in the spam folder, and take a look at the sponsored links...
