According to MaximumPC, the new Prescott core brings enough changes that they may as well call it a Pentium 5. Take that any way you want, the fact remains that changing the 4 to a 5 is not likely to be the magical experience minkster is hoping for.Modem said:Ummm... 'eh? Yeah, that's typical, I know it. Athlons is - and will always be - the best processor in the market you can get for money (well, at least it seems so now). Always since I learned of AMD have I used them, and always will I until they go bankrupt (which they probably won't). I say, screw intel's stupid pentium processors and hail AMD!
