Paper mario still flickering (try everything)

I read lots of topic in this forum try LOTS of plugins and Paper Mario stil !#@%@#%!^*#% flicker.
It's not flickering allways so if u only play cuple of minutes u can't say "i'm using xxx plug and works great".
It's start fickering in star sumit contest, then works goooooood and in dry dry ruins flicker again :[ Next flicker place is Forever Forest and hear i stop playing.

On with plaugin/emu/config this game runs whthout flickering ?? I like to see advices from people who realy play Paper Mario.

I'm deprest so pls help me!!

Use Rice's plugin and set "frame update at" to "at VI origin change".

Now it's doesn't flickering in forest but in rice when i go into any bulting game slowdonw (4-5fps) for few seckond. Same when i starts the battle...
And also in rice game dos't look like the glide - i glide looks better (in rice there is pikels in the floor tekstures. Whtat good cfg foe rice plug 4 best results in this game (best look and no big bugs)??
