hum...your sf3 is an original GD rom?
cd or dvd drive can't read GD rom...

You won't get any help here looking for copyright files that you don't own (i.e. illegal), so don't bother asking for the "filename" of the Japanese BIOS.

So you're telling me that following the rules is a bad thing? Just to refresh your memory of the rules you so faithfully remembered
So DO NOT

1. Ask for ISOs, ROMs, the BIOS, instructions on how to rip them, or tell people how to get them (this includes sending personal messages).

You're allowed to tell the names of the files >_> FFS, they told it on emu64 when it was released on what fiiles u need. Sheesh. And u need a copy of the game, not a commercial GD-ROM.

Just Another Wacko ;)
Telling the name of the BIOS is allowed. That's because you don't tell the others how to get it by telling them its name, plus you may already have the bios but you may not know that it needs to have a specific name (in that case dc_bios.bin and dc_flash.bin) in order to be recognized by the emulator.
It's good to let everyone know and help everyone learn the rules but you should also not misunderstand them.
