Ogre Battle 64

Hello. I have been searchng but I have not found a definate answer. I just want to know, in no uncertain terms (yes or no) wether or not this game will be fully emulated anytime soon or, virtually, ever. I played it (or start to) more than 2 or 3 years ago and there has been SOME improvement, but I want a practical answer. Should I stop waiting? Not complaining just wondering.

With PJ64 1.6 and Rice 6.1.1 And some settings I don't know the game does pretty well. First time I have ever seen battle back ground textures for one thing. Questions:
Is Ogre Battle a 30FPS game or a 60FPS game?

I have already made a topc so no point in making a new one:
Should I disable SLI for N64 emulation? I know SLI has some....stability problems with some programs, but I am not sure if I can create a comfortable profile for PJ64.
Also what is the best Rice settings for my PC. reading the tool tips and choosing is all nice and good but I am no expert:
X2 4600+ (Should I set PJ64 to run on a single thread?)
1 gig Ram
Dual SLI 7800 GTX (Should I set it to run on a single card?)

Also, enabling the framebuffer (I know nothing of graphic programming except how to identify it) brought in some effects that weren't there before. However full framebuffer emulation doesn't seem to do so well (sub 5 fps). Whats a good setting?

I am testing settings and various combinations but, unfortunately, I don't have much time (at least for the next 2 or 3 weeks. Exams) Can I get a nudge in the right direction. The goal is obviously to get the best settings I can for Ogre Battle 64.

Can't seem to determine what causes the fullscreen flicker. But so far every battle background has worked (This is only the first battle mind), in fact EVERY background seems to work well. The only 'glitch' I have seen so far is the Quest logo and the Start screen (I think where Magnus and co are standing.) That and the flicker.

ermm... seems to work nice and very fast in 1.7beta, but waiting for someone to test and confirm it.

Hmm, after soem fidgiting I seem to have near perfect emulation.
Key Error: Text is REALLY blocky and hard to read. Jabo fixes this but brings all the errors.

Ok, now Everything nearly works fine. Battle backgrounds, cut scene backgrounds, well everything can be seen perfectly. The flickering at first went down a bit to flicking of the sprites alone. Now its frequncy has gone down a bit. Anywho settings:

Rice Video beta 10 (6.1.1): everything is basically default except its on 32 Color depth (which doesn't afect much) and full TMEM emulation is one. But its random with that so I am going to do some more experimenting. Oh and I am using OpenGL (DX used to crashes at the start. Now it is unbarably slow.)
