Odd, I found a dead hidden debugger in 1.5?

I was just playing around with PJ64 and ATi's HydraVision, and somehow I got a second PJ64 window, but with a debugger. How the hell did HydraVision trip this?
And it's 100% dead, it does nothing at all, it can't even load a ROM.
Note: I still can load any ROM, but only in the main window, not this new one.

I know ATi's drivers are buggy, but HydraVision (maybe it wants to be debugged by PJ64, lol)?

I managed to unpack Jabo's GFX plugins once upon a time (back before PJ64 1.5 came out), and ResHacker showed a bunch of debugging stuff that was hidden.

I couldn't figure out how to unlock it. And I don't remember what I used to unpack Jabo's plugins...
