Nvidias New Drivers

I recently updated my geforce 2 mx 440 64mb gpu to the latest forceware drivers from nvidia and I also updated to directx 9.0c. I was trying to run pj64 using rices latest with the cell mod on oot and I got a completely screwed up prerendered version of the game. Is anyone else having this problem, fixes? I'm going to rollback my drivers for now but I was hoping to get some feedback here.

NVs new drivers aren't any good for older cards. Try looking in the archives on their site and getting something from the 4x.xx series or 5x.xx series.

4x.xx are the bests for GF4 MX series

Thanks, I played around and found that the problem was in DirectX. I jsut changed it to OpenGL and runs fine now but thanks for the advice.

I use 71.89, and yes, I have messed gfx with, but with Jabo's plugin.

However, only with Jabo. Then I use Glide 0.8 or Rice. Other games (emus or pc games) have great graphics. (just a comment: I have noticed that some people that uses 4x.xx and 5x.xx have strange glitches in Marvel vs Capcom Millenium Battle in Chankast, but I this one and it looks so normal!) I recommend you the 4x.xx series, they are the very good and stable, also has cool options.
