no sound when i run resident evil directors cut with epsxe.1.6.0

well it turns out theres just no voices and no sound in cinematic cutscenes like the intro

What plugins are you using?
I have ePSXe 1.6.0 and I'm using Eternal SPU Plugin 1.41 for my sound and it works great.
