NJOY 0.2 Plugin Not Working Correctly

The plugin is not working correctly with my Microsoft Sidewinder controller, I press up on the controller in a menu and it scrolls down , I press down and it goes down:bouncy: , which is correct......but up is not working ...any fix for this.....works ok otherwise from what I can tell....

I had to use a pad plugin from an older version since njoy did the same thing on my controler. I had a slightly different plugin but a similar error. Full up did down but up half way or so worked.
