defenitly the gamecube
its gonna be pretty hard though with those weird cds or what the hell they are... but i'd love it to happen, cos nintendo's the best

gamecube all the way... nintendo has tons of fun games and the classics like zelda and mario go nintendo!!

for about ONE MILLION REASONS, emulate the xbox.
here's a few reasons:
xbox games cost too much.
the xbox is basically a pc anyway.
microsoft sucks, i'd like to pirate more xbox isos.
the xbox is expensive, the gamecube is cheaper.
i want to play halo with a mouse/keyboard.
simpson's road rage for the xbox was the best version of that game, and it's a cool game.
screw microsoft!

i say go with the jaguar, i believe rm started a jag emu a while back, even got a commercial title to run, maybe you could talk to him about it. im not a big jaguar fan, but its something that hasn't been done, and released, so i think it would be cool. i think we should wiat a little longer for gamecube, xbox, ps2, etc.

Why not do a full-on interpreter N64 emulator with no HLE whatsoever? Truly emulate it instead of lots of simulation. You could still have enhanced graphics via hardware, but the emulation would be more accurate.
For example, ePSXe is 100% emulation. No HLE anywhere in it. Even on N64 where you can change the microcode, the RSP changes, but the RDP remains the same, so you know that there are only so many RDP commands available. GPU plugins wouldn't have to support each individual ucode, only support the RDP itself, essentially only run the final display code, not the setup code also.
This is mainly a reprint of a suggestion a MAMEdev made, but I happen to think it's a good one.

Also doing a cube emu would be awsome. You could help out the basilisk II team with their Mac 80x emulator, they want to do PPC
Also I hate Darek of softmac, god damn i'd like to ram his face into a.... ne ways. I'd go for cube and give some of your source (that applies) to the Basilisk II team.
