A French translation from a friend of mine by email:

The file above need to be updated by refering to the "english.lng" file included in the 11-09 beta. There are many new strings to be translated.

Another French language file by Siskoo with much more strings are translated.

(The file seems to be in UNIX text format instead of Windows text format. I hope it won't be a problem.)
