Netplay Updates for Interested Parties

Making a lot of progress on the netplay after some pretty big initial problems with internet games. Today Tub and I played the first successfully completed round of Mariokart64 from across the Atlantic ocean! I'm going to begin adding GUI support this week and finish ironing out a few obnoxious aesthetic bugs. Stay tuned for more exciting news
