nemu keys?

Hi, I just started using nemu..
I couldn't find any helpfile on this program and I couldn't find it in the program itself neither.
When I put my game on fullscreen there's this annoying bar at the top of the screen.. how can I disable it? and second question, how can I go back from fullscreen to windowmode? cause I still end up pushing Alt-F4 to quit.

you 're using glide64 with wrapper, isn't it?
