Ok reasons why this happens.

1: Controller is Plugged in isnt ticked on Jabos Configure Input dialog.

2: Plugged isn't ticked on N-Rages Input Configure dialog.

3: 16kbit Eerom isn't being used in default save tupe on Rom Settings.

Thats pretty much it.

The controller has a check mark that it is pluged in and using
16kbit Eerom doesn't change anything.

Goddn64 rename? what is that?
I think that what I am carrying over when I am re-installing.
Maybe the problem could be a plugin or something else?
But, I can't replace them as my downloading time is extremly slow.

Gent meant GoodN64. It's a program that verifies your ROMs. At the bottom of the EmuTalk forums, there should be a section somewhere dedicated to this tool that has all the instructions you need. I believe it's in the N64 Misc forum.

Try using Smiff's latest RDB, just in case. It can be found in a sticky at the top of the PJ64 forum.

Also, if you must, try a different emulator.

YES!!! Thank you I can't believe it! but how can the
RDB do something like this? I never thought about trying a different emulator,
although they are not as good as this one.

Yes pj64 is a good emu but i would read my faq to find the best way to play this game.

A link to it is posted early on in this thread.

Edited this due to smith good points.
