with this program you can identify if motherboard/memory have problems (using "Memory Bandwith Benchmark" and comparing with the same chipset type)

Search an option like "Load Optimal Settings" or Load default settings

well, a matter of "its slower" is just an observation, for all you know it may be faster, run 3dmark on the old mobo (if he still has it) and the new one

Yep,the same problem with a friend.
He have an Pentium3 850 MhZ with an SiS 630/730 chipset.
And the problem: SiS 630/730 is only for AMD.
I have AMD(Duron 700MhZ),and my PC works better than his PC!,and yes,with the same chipset

I have to say that you wrong on this as i am running a

Pentium3 1.3 with sis 630/730 chipset and works great.

Get full fps on n64 emu and this is with 128mb off ram.

I should say its the FSB there might be Jumper settings to change this for ya processor but im not sure on this.
