Monitor for a cocktail machine

I am building a MAME cocktail table. How do you get the games on the monitor to play vertical on my monitor instead of the standard horizontal. Thank you for any advice.

I can make changes in my MAME games with the tab key, but I can't get them to save, even after I exit the game. Does anyone know how? Thank you for any help.

I have MAME and the roms installed. I can call up MAME 32 and each game, but the buttons don't work. I am using KeyWiz Max. I heard it might be a BIOS problem. Can anyone help? I use Windows 2000, Dell pentium II. Thank you.

If you're using a frontend there should be a simple drop-down box to select the rotation.
