MK:DD Tick Modifier 4

I was starting up Mario Kart: Double Dash!, and the animation of guy holding the lights was jerky, so I turned on Tick Modifier 4 and it went faster, but if I start the game with Tick Modifier 4 on the emulator stuffs up.

dude its hopeless..i dont think we'll ever get a fully running version of GC emuation, i deleted my roms and calling it quits!

x64 FTW!
It doesn't have that much of an impact on handheld emulation, but it sure has on Dolphin.
Isn't Gekko also planning for a 64-bit version?
