Megaman 64 and the pirates

I Have the Megaman 64 and every time I get to the pirates I can't use weapons, only kicks. 'cause this I can't pass them... Is there any way to use weapons here?

In the original you can, in the emulated version you can't... I stuck in this parts for months...

I thought I had a Bad rom, but I scanned it with goodrom64 and it's not... i really cant use a weapon...

I use both, but I was using 1.4 when I did that save...

ok RadeonUser & I tried to figger out what you done with this save & havnt got a clue !

He started from scratch on 1.5 & saved at the point you said you can only Kick (like in your save) & his save has no prob with weapons.

we even tried it with cheats enabled etc, & it works fine lain:

Hey! I pass trought the pirates, but now i'm stuck in the Clozer Gate, after destroy the boss. Roll speaks to megaman and invites him to the city hall, then show a video, the screen remain black.???
Any suggestion?
