Is there a plugin for the video that makes it work properly ,searched and couldent find anything ,only some posts from 2001.It runs great apart from the ball disapeering and black square on the court on certain bits.Tried 1964 to run it ,but don't like.Runs better graphically but it very slow ,where as project 64 runs it at 60fps.

No there isn't really. Either Rice's or Jabo's plugin run it playably thus far. Rice's looks better but is slower and Jabo's runs it slightly faster but with more glitches. This is a hard to emulate properly game.

Ok I download RiceDaedalus5[1].3.1 is that the plugin? ,if so how do I use it with project 64? ,only a dll file no readme. If thats the plugin that 1964 used ,I would still like to try it with project 64 as 1964 ran bad with all games. Was fine up untill the game play then just dropped to like 5fps ,on all games ,even games like f-zero which project 64 runs at 60fps.

You need to copy msvcp71.dll and msvcr71.dll from 1964 0.9.9 to the Project64 folder.

Rice's Daedalus works much better with 1964 0.9.9 I've found.

K thanks done that and under project 64 ,it's totally screwed with that plugin. Will have to ask on the 1964 forum why no games are working right for me.

While we are on mario games ,mario golf says compatible in green on project 64 ,yet that don't work either.Works fine with no glithces ,yet when swinging for the ball it drops to around 24fps ,all other times it's 50-60.How come?

Thanks for the help:).

As I said, Rice's works much better with 1964- it is developed using it as a core- not PJ64.

Mario Golf: Extensive use of Framebuffer during that particular time. No PC graphics card available I believe could reach 60fps so is currently unsolvable with Jabo's plugin...

Although the next version of Glide64 runs it pretty much fullspeed due to the fact it uses a better method for framebuffer first seen in glN64(). Good news for Voodoo card owners!

And I for one cannot wait till it's next release! Mario Golf is by far my favorite N64 game of all time.
